現在、台風7号、8号が接近しておりますが、6月26日（金）および6月27日（土）は予定通り公演を実施する予定です。

尚、台風7号、8号の影響により、最寄りの交通機関の運休、大幅な遅延、土砂災害の避難勧告などでお客様のご来場が困難な場合は、振替の対応（〜2026年9月公演まで）をいたします。（交通機関の運休などがわかる証明書、またはそれに代わるものが必要です）

※今後、台風の進路状況、交通機関の計画運休の状況によりましては、中止を余儀なくされる場合もございます。変更がございます場合は改めて、お知らせいたします。
※振替ご希望日の混雑状況によっては日程の再振替をお願いする場合や、また同等のお席がご用意できない場合もございますので、予めご了承くださいませ。

While Typhoon No. 7 and No. 8 are currently approaching, we plan to proceed with the performances as scheduled on Friday, June 26 and Saturday, June 27.

However, if you are unable to attend due to the effects of Typhoon No. 7 or No. 8 — such as suspension or significant delays of nearby transportation services, or evacuation advisories due to landslide risk — we will offer a ticket exchange (valid for performances up to September 2026). (Proof of transportation suspension/delay, or equivalent documentation, will be required.)

*Please note that depending on the typhoons’ paths and the status of planned transportation suspensions, the performance may be cancelled. We will notify you promptly of any changes.

*Please be aware that depending on availability on your preferred exchange date, we may ask you to choose another date, or we may be unable to offer seating of the same category. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

【振替方法／How to Request a Ticket Exchange】
お問合せの際には、お手元に購入済のチケットをお持ちの上、以下の情報を先にお知らせください。
When contacting us, please have your purchased ticket on hand and provide the following information in advance:

「お名前」/ Your name
「お電話番号」/ Phone number
「公演時間」/ Performance time
「ご予約人数および券種」/ Number of tickets reserved and ticket type
「座席番号」/ Seat number(s)
「振替をご希望される理由（最寄りの交通機関の運休、大幅な遅延、土砂災害の避難勧告など）」/ Reason for requesting an exchange (e.g., suspension or significant delay of nearby transportation, evacuation advisory due to landslide risk, etc.)

 

※お電話つながりにくい場合は件名を『台風7,8号 公演振替希望』として、info@gear.acまでご連絡ください。遅くとも3営業日（平日）以内にはご連絡いたします。
*If you have difficulty reaching us by phone, please email info@gear.ac with the subject line “Typhoon No. 7/8 Performance Exchange Request.” We will respond within 3 business days (weekdays) at the latest.

公演チケットおよびご予約確認のメールは、振替公演来場時に必要となりますので、大切に保管いただきますようお願いいたします。
最新の台風情報ご確認いただき、安全を最優先にしてご検討くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Please keep your ticket and reservation confirmation email in a safe place, as they will be required when attending the rescheduled performance.
We ask that you check the latest typhoon updates and prioritize your safety when making your decision.
