Recently, we have seen an increase in ticket booking mistakes by guests from overseas.
In many cases, the confusion appears to stem from time differences between your home country and Japan.

Examples of common mistakes are;
・Selecting a date one month earlier or later than intended
・Mistaking the day of the week

GEAR Theatre has only 72 seats and is nearly fully booked for almost every performance.
We regret to inform you that we generally cannot accommodate guests who arrive on a day different from their reserved date.
Please make sure to carefully check the date and time of your booking before visiting our theatre.
