About Canceled Tickets

If there are tickets for which payment is not confirmed by the specified deadline on the day of the performance, those tickets will be resold 10 minutes before the performance starts.

■ How to Apply
• Registration begins at 12:00pm on weekdays / 11:00am on weekends including national holidays at the theatre.
• Please call a staff member using the intercom located on the 1st or 2nd floor of the building.
If the intercom does not connect, kindly contact us by phone.
• You will be asked to write your name on a designated form, and waiting list numbers will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Purchaser may register for up to two people.
Please note that we do not accept reservations by phone or email.

■ For Those Who Receive a Waiting List Number
• Please come to the 3rd floor of the 1928 Building (theatre reception) no later than 15 minutes before the performance starts.
If you arrive after this time, your waiting list number will become invalid.
• Around 5 to 10 minutes before the performance, we will begin guiding guests in the order of their waiting list numbers.
• Tickets will only be sold if cancellations occur. Please understand that there is a possibility you may not be able to purchase a ticket.
★Canceled tickets may include S, A, or B seats. However, A and B seats have fewer cancellations and are less likely to become available.
• Obtaining waiting list numbers for resale or scalping, or transferring or selling your number to others is strictly prohibited.
If such actions are discovered, your number will be invalidated.
• If your plans change and you wish to cancel your place on the waiting list, please be sure to contact us by phone or email.
